Installation Steps

  1. 1From the Home Screen, go to 'Find' and search for the 'Downloader' app.
  2. 2Install and open the Downloader app.
  3. 3Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options. Turn ON 'Apps from Unknown Sources'. (Note: If Developer Options is hidden, go to 'About' and click 'Fire TV Stick' 7 times).
  4. 4Open Downloader and enter our numeric code (provided in email) or type 'iptvsmarters.com/smarters.apk'.
  5. 5Install the app, open it, and select 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  6. 6Enter the Username, Password, and URL provided in your confirmation email.

Installation Steps

  1. 1Open the Google Play Store on your device.
  2. 2Search for an IPTV player app like 'IPTV Smarters Pro', 'Tivimate', or 'XCIPTV'.
  3. 3Download and install the application.
  4. 4Open the app and choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  5. 5Enter your Name, Username, Password, and Server URL from our welcome email.
  6. 6Click 'Add User' and your channels will load instantly.

Installation Steps

  1. 1Go to your TV's App Store (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store).
  2. 2Search for 'IPTV Smarters Pro', 'IBO Player', 'Duplex Play' or 'Smart IPTV'.
  3. 3Install the app and open it.
  4. 4You will see a MAC Address (Device ID) and Device Key displayed on screen.
  5. 5Send us this MAC Address or upload it via the app's website using the M3U URL we provided.
  6. 6Restart the app to load your channel list.

Installation Steps

  1. 1Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
  2. 2Search for 'Smarters Player Lite', 'GSE Smart IPTV' or 'iPlayTV' (Apple TV).
  3. 3Install and open the app.
  4. 4Select 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  5. 5Enter your credentials provided in the welcome email (User, Pass, URL).
  6. 6Tap 'Add User' to load the playlist.

Installation Steps

  1. 1Download 'IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows' from their official site or install 'VLC Media Player'.
  2. 2For Smarters: Install, open, and login with Xtream Codes API (Username/Password/URL).
  3. 3For VLC: Open VLC > Click 'Media' > 'Open Network Stream'.
  4. 4Paste your M3U URL (from email) into the network URL box and click Play.
  5. 5Open the playlist view (CTRL+L) to see the channel list.

Installation Steps

  1. 1Connect your MAG box to the TV and Internet.
  2. 2Go to Settings > System Settings > Servers > Portals.
  3. 3Set Portal 1 Name: 'StreamElite'.
  4. 4Set Portal 1 URL: (Use the Portal URL provided in your email, usually ending in /c/).
  5. 5Save settings and select 'Reboot Device'.
  6. 6The portal will load your channel list automatically.

Troubleshooting Tips

Check Connection

Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 15-20 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming.

Verify Credentials

Ensure your M3U URL or Xtream Codes API details are entered correctly. They are case-sensitive.

Update App

Update your IPTV player app to the latest version. Older versions may not support new codecs.

Restart Everything

Restart your streaming device and your router/modem. This resolves over 90% of playback issues.

VPN Settings

If using a VPN, try a different country server or temporarily disable it to see if speed improves.

Clear App Cache

Clear the cache of your IPTV player app in device settings to remove corrupted temporary files.

ISP Throttling

Some ISPs block IPTV. If channels work on 4G but not WiFi, your ISP is blocking. Use a VPN to fix this.
