1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stream ELITE - IPTV ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Subscription & Usage Policy

• Single Connection: Unless you purchased a "Multi-Room" or "Reseller" plan, your subscription is for one concurrent connection only. Logging in from multiple IP addresses simultaneously will result in a temporary ban.
• No Re-streaming: Re-streaming, re-broadcasting, or distributing our content to public audiences is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Content Availability: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, channel availability is subject to change. We do not guarantee that every specific channel will be available at all times due to maintenance or source updates.

3. Payment & Renewal

Billing: Services are billed in advance. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Renewal: Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly set up via a subscription mandate (e.g., PayPal Automatic Payments). Manual renewals are the responsibility of the user.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the service is the property of its respective owners. Stream ELITE - IPTV acts as an aggregator / search index for publicly available streams. You acknowledge that you are paying for the technical access and the search service, not for the ownership of the content itself.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stream ELITE - IPTV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Specific grounds for immediate termination include:

• Sharing account credentials publicly.
• Using VPNs to bypass geoblocking in a way that abuses the service (though VPNs for privacy are allowed).
• Payment chargebacks or fraud.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
